When you arrive, we’ll start with a warm, personalised consultation to explore your current health concerns, energy levels, and goals. Wearing loose trousers will be helpful, as it allows me to access acupuncture points on your legs with ease.

Your session begins with gently assessing your chakras to identify any blockages or imbalances. Based on this, I will carefully place 10 fine, sterile acupuncture needles at specific points on your body, including Yintang (your third eye) and DU20 (at the crown of your head). These key points help to harmonise the flow of energy within your body, bringing balance to both your physical and emotional well-being.

To deepen the healing, I will place a selection of carefully chosen crystals around your body, each one aligned with your unique energy needs. As you rest, you’ll be bathed in the gentle frequencies of our Stellar waves Crystal Bed, designed to cleanse and align your chakras. At the same time, the calming vibrations of binaural beats will fill the space, helping you to sink into a state of deep relaxation and allowing the energy work to penetrate on a deeper level.

Once the session concludes, I will carefully remove the acupuncture needles and apply crystal chakra ear seeds to acupressure points on your ears. These seeds will continue to support your healing journey in the days that follow, subtly stimulating your energy flow. To complete your experience, I’ll use Aura-Soma, a blend of colour, plant, and crystal energies, to further ground your aura and reinforce the balancing effects of your treatment.
